IMPALA VENTURES
2025 ANNUAL IMPACT REPORT

Reflections on Scale, Impact, and Progress

The built environment—especially commercial real estate—remains one of the world’s largest contributors to carbon emissions, water use, and energy demand. And yet, within this complex system lies a powerful opportunity for transformation.

At Impala Ventures, we approach this challenge not with alarm, but with conviction. Our investments are rooted in the belief that systemic progress is possible—when innovation is directed thoughtfully, and when companies are built with both purpose and performance in mind.

Today, our portfolio companies operate in over 100 countries, on  4 continents, employing 5,098 full-time staff, and have reached 20% diversity in leadership — figures we endevour will continue to grow. This impact reaches 21.37 billion square feet of real estate assets and 5.7 million residential units.  We finally are beginning to see what measured, collective change
can look like.

We look forward to deepening our understanding of these metrics, refining our tools, and continuing to partner with those building toward a more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient future and celebrating the collective innovation that drives Impala Ventures and our portfolio companies forward.

A special thanks to the Founders/CEO's and leadership teams of our portfolio companies who go above and beyond each day to make positive impacts in our communities. They are in no particular order, but to each of them, I am equally indebted.
